Welcome!
Painted Mane Studio is dedicated to capturing the timeless spirit and beauty of the horse through original paintings and prints. Inspired by a lifelong connection and love for horses, each painting I create is a tribute to the grace, beauty and spirit of the horse. Through a blend of realism and abstraction, my art is an expression of devotion and a visual love letter to the horse.
Memories of my life once filled with the rhythm of hooves, the warmth of velvety muzzles and the quiet companionship of these gentle, soulful beauties inspires me to create and share my lifelong passion. Horses have taught me patience, courage and connection. They have given me peace and a quiet trust. I paint with a grateful heart, honoring the joy and healing that horses have given me. My hope is that each piece reveals the untamed magic of the horse with a sense of connection and joy to those who experience it.
Whether you're a fellow horse lover, an art collector or someone who simply enjoys horses and feels moved by equine energy I invite you to join me on this journey.
With gratitude,

The Heart Behind Painted Mane Studio
Where Horses, Hope, Healing, and Purpose Come Together
For as long as I can remember, horses have been woven into the fabric of my life. From my earliest memories, the connection I felt with them was profound. Throughout my life, their quiet strength, gentle spirit, grace, and resilience have comforted me, inspired me, and spoken to my heart in ways words never could. Memories continue to inspire every painting I create and remain at the very heart of Painted Mane Studio.
But my story is about more than horses. It is also about people.
For more than twenty years, I had the privilege of caring for others through my career in nursing. During those years, I discovered that healing comes in many forms. Sometimes it comes through medicine and skilled hands. Sometimes it comes through compassion, encouragement, kindness, and simply knowing someone truly cares.
Looking back now, I realize something beautiful: My love of horses and my desire to help people were never two different dreams, they were always one story. Horses gave my heart a voice while nursing gave it purpose.
My paintings became the bridge between them. The tools changed, the calling never did. My calling has always been to help people. Painting is simply the way I continue to do that.
Each time I paint, every brushstroke is my way of offering comfort, tenderness, compassion, and hope in the best way I know how. My thoughts, my emotions, and my love for both people and animals are poured onto every canvas. To me, that is the soul of Painted Mane Studio.
Every painting begins with my love for horses, but my hope is that it becomes so much more than artwork. When you stand before one of my paintings, I hope you feel something beyond what you see.
I hope my art offers you a sense of peace, a quiet feeling of comfort, or a reminder that beauty still exists. In a world that sometimes feels hurried and impersonal, I choose to create something gentle, something painted from the purest place in my heart, and something that invites us to slow down, notice beauty, and care deeply for one another.
We all need a gentle reminder from time to time that we are never truly alone. Through my paintings, I aspire to offer comfort, encouragement, connection, and perhaps bring a little more beauty, hope, and joy into someone’s life.
